Trade Group Services isn't disappearing. It's evolving.
A few days ago, we announced that Trade Group Services was closing and that a major announcement would follow. Today, we're excited to share what comes next - the next generation of our business services company.
Trade Group Services was originally built specifically to support trade and construction businesses. Since then, our services have expanded across every industry and sector - not just trade and construction.
Rather than creating multiple service brands for different industries, we're bringing everything together under one premium brand: Business Group Services.
Seven changes that make BGS a stronger, clearer, more accountable partner than Trade Group Services ever was.
Customers will only be able to purchase packages appropriate for the size, turnover and stage of their business.
More accessible packages for smaller businesses, with larger and more comprehensive services for established, growing businesses.
Clear deliverables, timelines, milestones and expectations around when you should start experiencing first impact.
We're going digital - reducing forms and manual processes to create a faster, simpler customer journey.
Dedicated leadership focused on customer experience, service standards and delivery.
Continued investment into our people, technology, systems and service delivery.
BGS will no longer be positioned as a heavily discounted service. Pricing will reflect the market and the level of service, expertise and delivery you should expect.
Your existing services will continue as normal.
They will simply continue under the new Business Group Services brand.
BGS is your one-stop shop for business growth services. The benefits are simple.
Your trusted business growth partner.
